"I wouldn't mind a couple of jewels. Maybe a diamond" she said. She just had a thing for shiny gems. She honestly would do almost anything for something like that, even a crazy job like this.
If he agreed to give her something of the sorts, then she was in.

Caroline didn't find her mocking funny and turned the shocks on again, but for a shorter time being before she turned them off. "As a matter of fact I don't think that complies to all boys. Heard your boyfriend out there got someone new. Heard he wasn't even interested in looking for you. He just went onto next best girl, cause that's what everyone would do," She said, trying to think her off obviously. Yeah, she had done her homework.

Lucy glared at her. She did not appreciate her bringing up her boyfriend. "You're lying," she said, not losing her glare. "He wouldn't do that."

"I think we can do something along those lines. Now, we have a deal or what?" Salem asked.

"The last time I heard from her, she was robbin' the old candy shop here," Salem told May as he walked along rooftops and fire escapes. "She takes alleyways back home. She knows the streets like the back of her hand."

"So, what you're trying to say is... she didn't just 'get lost'" May stated as she followed him.
"So maybe she got taken in by the police? Or maybe the Bat caught her?" she suggested with a shrug. If any of that was true, then she really couldn't do anything about it. It's not like she was going to get into trouble just to get her out of jail, or Arkham...
