If it isn't any different as sharing any other picture, then you have two ways:

1. Using urls:

Typing this into the post editor here at the forums will give you your picture.

2. Uploading images:

If you save the image you want to post to your computer, you can upload it via a site like tinypic
and post it here.

Once uploaded, copy the url address of your picture and then paste it to your post in the code given by ShadowCodeX.
