CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?

So I'm new to the site, and i can't access the online adventure thing? It shows a lock icon in-front and there's just nothing happening on clicking on it. I've used the site before remember when we used to have a park and pet and everything, I just want to know whether its kinda like that or not? Please help with the 'adventure' thing
